3 Main Body Types

So, have you ever figured that are only some ways to call a person, it's either "Fat, Muscular, or Toothpick".

Well, actually these atributes are all retained in the area on Somototype. Somatotype means the structure of a build of an individual, an example would be fat.

These are 3 main body types, Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph. Now, let's describe each one seperately.

Ectomorph - Long thin muscles, low collection of fat, and is difficult to gain muscle mass. Referred as Slim

Mesomorph - Muscular, Medium-Height, Thick body/skin, Easy Tan, Gains Fat/Muscle easily. Referred as Buff

Endomorph - Round body, Short limbs without any form of Tapering, Stores fat well. Reffered as Fat

However, most people aren't 100% of a single type, they can be a combination of both, or even all the types. An example would be "ecto-endomorph"

This Constitutional theory was developed by William Herbert Sheldon in the 1940's. And, he was American.
